Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter from 1 year;
• Experience in mass recruitment;
• Knowledge of search methods;
• Experience in direct search and headhunting of candidates (preferred);
• Excellent communication skills and written communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;
• Result orientation, attention to details.

Responsibilities:

• Search and adaptation of personnel (line staff of hotels, mass recruitment);
• Formation of personnel reserve;
• Conducting initial telephone and personal interviews with candidates, collection of recommendations;
• Participation in programs of adaptation, motivation and development of personnel;
• Participation in other projects of the HR department.
• Prospect of growth to HR.
