Eco-company "Junimed Health & Organic" — a team that inspires Ukrainians to choose natural and high-quality products. 

We are looking for a recruiter to join our team, for whom recruitment is not to "close a vacancy", but to create a team that works for results. 

We are exclusive importers of certified organic products in the Food / NonFood categories, as well as products for breastfeeding and children from birth.

Our portfolio includes premium international brands:Ecomill, Medela, Sonett, Urtekram, Jordan and others.
Our clients include national chains, HoReCa, children's, organic and online stores.

• Organize the recruitment process: from the first contact to successful adaptation.

• Conduct interviews that really reveal people (competencies, cases, live dialogue).

• Form and maintain a candidate base.

• Close vacancies on time and with quality.

• To accompany newcomers and help them become part of the team.

• Keep your finger on the pulse of the labor market and salaries.

• Be part of corporate, educational and development projects.

Our candidate:

• Has 1 year of experience in recruiting.

• Understands or has worked with the competency model.

• Knows different interview formats and sees more than what is written on the resume.

• Knows how to close vacancies of various levels quickly and efficiently.

• Loves people, structure and results.
