Recruiter in FlexoGroup

We are a stable production company in the field of printing. We do not work with "ideal conditions", but with real tasks: terms, clients, production, deadlines, people. We are currently looking for a Recruiter / HR manager who is not afraid of challenges, knows how to close complex vacancies and wants to influence the team, not just "post an ad".

The purpose of this role

Provide the company with a stable team: quickly close vacancies, reduce staff turnover and build systemic hiring.

Your main tasks:

1. Recruiting (main focus)

• The full cycle of recruitment: from the application to the exit of the candidate
• Closing vacancies: sales managers, designers, printers, cutters, warehouse, logistics and others.
• Creating vacancies that actually work (not "like everyone else's")
• Publication on job portals, social networks, Telegram, Facebook groups
• Active search for candidates
• Telephone and online interviews
• Evaluation of motivation, adequacy, stability
• Support of the candidate from the first working day

2.HR function

• Control of adaptation of new employees
• Analysis of reasons for layoffs
• Working with fluidity
• Gathering feedback

We expect from you

• Experience in recruiting from 2 years
• Understanding what production is, not "office fairy tale"
• Ability to sell vacancies
• Strong communication skills
• Stress resistance
• Systematicity
