Recruiter in Pauer impuls, TOV

The main areas of work are recruiting personnel for an elite sports club in Novopecherskyi Lipki and a real estate agency.

Responsibilities:

• The full cycle of recruiting: from a brief with a manager to an offer to a candidate

• Recruiting personnel for:

  • an elite sports club (trainers, administrators, service personnel, etc.);

  • real estate agencies (realtors, sales managers, administrative positions)

• Active search for candidates (LinkedIn, job sites, social networks, recommendations)

• Conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidates

• Supporting candidates at all stages recruitment

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter from 1 year

• Understanding the specifics of recruitment in the field of service and sales will be an advantage

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different types of candidates

• Orientation on results, responsibility, systematicity

The administrative office is located 10 minutes on foot from the Olimpiyska metro station or the Palace of Ukraine, the working hours are Mon-Fri from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
