Your role in the team:

• Lead the full cycle of recruiting - from posting vacancies to onboarding.
• Conducting telephone and personal interviews to assess experience and competencies.
• Communicating with department heads, understanding their needs and helping them find "their" people.
• Conducting 1:1 meetings.
• Organizing feedback to candidates (successful and rejected).
• Conducting onboarding and adaptation of personnel.

We expect from the candidate:

• Work experience of 1 year in a similar position.
• Developed communication skills for effective communication with candidates and a team.
• Experience in the field of Miltech will be an advantage.
• Result orientation: ability to work with deadlines and achieve set goals.
