Now we are looking for a recruiter who will not just close vacancies, but really influence the formation of a strong team of A-players, the development of processes and the HR brand company.
Your main tasks:
- Full cycle of recruitingpersonnel for positions of various levels and complexity
- Active search for candidates, initial communication, organization and conducting of interviews, reporting
- Quality selection of candidates in cooperation with the team and hiring managers
- Supporting candidates at all stages, organizing and participating in the adaptation of new employees
- Working with the HR CRM system (vacancies, candidates, statuses, analytics)
- Developing the team's HR brand through participation in internal creatives, projects and initiatives
- Improving the description of internal processes
It is important for us:
- Experience in recruiting from 2 years
- Confident use of Boolean Search, X-ray, LinkedIn, Djinni and others
- Active position, initiative and desire to influence the result, rather than working "for a tick"
- Willingness to quickly learn new things and put knowledge into practice
- Teamwork and understanding that we work in harmony with different opinions and expertise, where dialogue, activity and responsibility are valued.
- Systematics, responsibility, attention to details and internal organization
