Recruiter in Lugoviy V.O., FOP

Recruiter (a person who reviews resumes, presents vacancies and organizes interviews, but does not conduct interviews himself)

Responsibilities:
- work with Work.yua and Robota.yua;
- consideration of candidates’ resumes;
- presentation of vacancies and invitation of candidates for interviews;
- bringing the candidate to the interview;
- support communication with HR;
- work with minimal reporting.

Working conditions:
- fixed rate — 20,000 UAH;
- bonuses and bonuses for closed vacancies;
- average income — from 22,000 UAH and above.

Working schedule:
- 5/2, from Sunday to Thursday (Fri-Sat weekends);
- working hours: 10:00–18:00;
- 1 hour lunch break + coffee breaks.
