Working with different roles: PM, Product, BizDev, Operations, analytics, non-tech roles
Full recruiting cycle: sourcing > interviews > recommendations > offers
Collaboration with founders and leaders of hub projects on team building
Maintenance of candidate database
Preparation of job descriptions
Talent market analytics and recommendations for strategies for involving people in MilTech projects
We are looking for you if you:
Do you have experiencerecruiting from 1 year (not necessarily technical)
