Blyzenko chain of stores"Blyzenko" is a dynamic company that is rapidly developing in the food retail market. We invite to our team an experienced Recruiter who is ready to develop with us and contribute to the achievement of ambitious business goals.

Requirements:

• practical experience in mass recruitment;
• ability to work in multitasking mode.

Main tasks:

• posting information on vacancies in candidate search sources;
• conducting interviews with candidates and closing vacancies in a timely manner;
• monitoring wages and analyzing the labor market;
• organizing the adaptation of new employees;
• receiving and analyzing feedback from employees on working conditions and satisfaction at work;
• reporting on the results of the work.

Work outside the city limits, in the village of Murovane (there is transportation to work, schedule from Mon-Fri from 07:00 to 16:00)
