Recruitment of personnel for production divisions (labor and office positions)
Conducting initial interviews, accompanying candidates to work
Organizing onboarding and adaptation of new employees
Welcoming new employees on the first day of work
Collection and verification of documents for official registration
Interaction with department heads and head office HR
Preparation and submission of reports on recruitment and staffing
Requirements for the candidate:
Experience in the field of recruiting from 2 years
Understanding modern methods of selection of linear of personnel
Experience with mass recruitment
Knowledge and practical experience of working with the main channels of finding production and warehouse personnel in the city of Brovary and the Brovary district
High level of communication skills, systematicity, responsibility
