• Recruitment of personnel for production divisions (labor and office positions)

• Conducting initial interviews, accompanying candidates to work

• Organizing onboarding and adaptation of new employees

• Welcoming new employees on the first day of work

• Collection and verification of documents for official registration

• Interaction with department heads and head office HR

• Preparation and submission of reports on recruitment and staffing

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the field of recruiting from 2 years

• Understanding modern methods of selection of linear of personnel

• Experience with mass recruitment

• Knowledge and practical experience of working with the main channels of finding production and warehouse personnel in the city of Brovary and the Brovary district

• High level of communication skills, systematicity, responsibility
