Recruiter in Centr doslidzhen bezpilotnih sistem

We are looking for a Recruiter for a modern and ambitious mil-tech company that specializes in the development and production of high-tech solutions for the defense industry and is successfully developing in the Ukrainian market. During the period of full-scale invasion, we are constantly increasing production potential, sales market and professional team.

Our goal is to become the leader in the Ukrainian market, constantly grow and rapidly advance!

Main duties for the position:

• Full cycle of recruiting: from gathering requirements to an offer
• Search and selection of candidates for technical and production specialties (engineers, assemblers, technicians, R&D) + back office
• Active search of candidates
• Collaboration with department heads on job profiles and closing priorities
• Formation and management of candidate database
• Participation in building and improving recruiting processes

Necessary skills and qualifications:

• Experience in the position of a recruiter in the technical, production or defense field from 1 year
• Understanding the full recruitment cycle
• Owning different search channels and the ability to choose effective ones depending on the task
• Proactiveness and initiative: willingness to independently find new ways and approaches to achieving set goals
• Flexibility and adaptability: the ability to quickly adapt to changes and new requirements
• High level of independence and willingness to take responsibility for the result
• Internal motivation and involvement
• Ability to work with confidential information
• Competent written and oral communication

Work location and schedule:

• Full time
• Office in the city center
