Your main duties:

• Development and implementation of new employee adaptation programs

• Selection of candidates for various vacancies in the company

• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates

• Maintaining personnel documentation and support of internal HR processes

• Interaction with other departments to improve work processes

What we expect from you:

• Willingness to learn and develop in the HR field

• Ability to work effectively in a team

• High level of communication and organization

• Work experience is not mandatory, the main thing is the desire to learn and develop

What we offer:

• Salary: from 43,000 to 53,000 UAH + bonuses

• Work schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 a.m. to 19:00
