The company "Advertising Textiles" - a manufacturer of corporate clothing and souvenir textile products - invites to its team an experienced recruiter who will help us find and attract the best specialists for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of line personnel and managers of various levels.

• Conducting the full cycle of recruitment: from writing a vacancy to the start of a new employee.

• Control of the adaptation of new employees, assistance in introducing them to the course of affairs.

• Creation and implementation of effective recruiting plans for various divisions of the company.

• Interaction with department heads to accurately understand the requirements for candidates.

• Organizing and conducting interviews, evaluating candidates using various methods and interviews.

• Constant monitoring of the labor market and competitive companies to maintain a high level of recruiting.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting.

• Experience selection of line personnel and managers of various levels.

• In-depth knowledge of candidate search and selection methods.

• Ability to multitask and organize your work process.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to work with people.

• Knowledge and experience in using various platforms for recruiting.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: 5/2, from 8:00 to 17:00.
