Main responsibilities:

• Search and recruitment candidates through professional platforms (LinkedIn, Работа .ua, OLX, etc.)
• Conducting initial selection (resume screening, phone interviews).
• Managing the candidate database in CRM/ATS.
• Cooperation with department heads to clarify the requirements for vacancies.
• Supporting candidates at all stages of hiring and supporting a positive candidate experience.
• Study of business tasks and personnel needs.
• Determining the profile of the ideal candidate.
• Development of a search strategy.
• Using professional platforms.
• Active search for passive candidates.
• Presentation of the vacancy and the company.
• Building long-term relationships with potential specialists.
• Cooperation with managers Coordination of job requirements with department heads. Providing feedback on the labor market.
• Evaluation of candidates.
• Organization of technical interviews and test tasks.
• Analysis of soft skills and cultural compatibility.
• Support of the hiring process, coordination of interview stages.
• Preparation of the offer. for work.
• Working with the HR brand.
• Presentation of the company on the market as an attractive employer.
• Participation in professional events and conferences.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from 1 year (preferably in the field production, but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of modern candidate search tools.
• Basic understanding of the recruitment process.
• Ability to communicate and persuade.
• Support of the hiring process. with an HR brand.
• Presentation of the company on the market as an attractive employer.
• Participation in professional events and conferences.
