from salesFiling resumes and selecting relevant candidates
Conducting interviews with sales managers and beyond
Communicating with department heads regarding candidates
Arranging interview times
Conducting minimal but regular reporting
Look for and test channels that really give results
Propose solutions if there are few reviews or the quality of candidates drops
Prescribe recruiting regulations, instructions, checklists
Analyze resumes
Be attentive to details
Who we are looking for
Required:
Experiencemass recruitment - from 1 year
Experience of hiring sales managers - from 1 year
Ability to work autonomously and quickly
Orientation on results, not a process
Willingness to report and work with metrics
Ability to find solutions, not reasons
English:
Experience in sales
Experience in recruiting in a call center
Who will definitely not suit us
Human without mass hiring experience
Someone who thinks in terms of process, not results
Not ready to (a) do reporting or has never done it (la)
Has not (la) worked with sales managers
Can't work during blackouts
What we offer:
Schedule: flexible start from 9:00 to 11:00 to choose
Payment:
$500 bet
bonus for each hired sales manager
full bonus payment after 1 month of manager work
real income: 30,000 - 50,000 UAH

We are not looking for a recruiter "for a tick". We need someone who closes jobs, not just conducts interviews.
