ZIKZAK Architects is actively growing and opening new directions, so we are looking for a recruiter who will help us quickly and efficiently recruit strong specialists to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Active search for candidates in social networks, job sites and professional communities;

• Conducting screening of applications and initial interviews;

• Forming short conclusions after interviews;

• Maintaining the hiring funnel, updating statuses candidates;

• Communication with candidates at all stages;

• Interaction with managers regarding job requirements;

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting or sourcing from 1 year;

• Ability to work with various search channels;

• Competent verbal and written communication;

• Systematic, attention to details, quick response;

• Recruiting experience in creative or architectural companies will be a plus.
