Recruiter in Ligamedia

Ligamedia is a Ukrainian independent media holding, which includes the business publication LIGA.net and the advertising agency ADLOVE.
We create products that help you understand in order to act - and we are equally attentive to team building.

We are currently looking for a Recruiter who will help find strong people in marketing, IT, design, sales and editorial. accompany their journey in the company from the first contact to successful adaptation.

What you will do:

• Lead the full recruiting cycle: from intake with the hiring manager to the offer

• Close positions in marketing, IT, design, sales

• Work with various search channels: LinkedIn, job sites, recommendations, direct search

• Prepare and adapt job vacancies for different platforms

• Conduct initial interviews and accompany candidates at all stages of selection

• Participate in newcomer onboarding: help with adaptation, communication and feedback communication

• Maintain a candidate database and job analytics (time-to-hire, funnel, etc.)

• Work in close partnership with managers and HR

It is important to us that you:

• Have recruiting experience (in-house or agency)

was able to work with several vacancies in parallel

• Had an interest in HR development and working with people

Will be a plus:

• Experience in building or improving onboarding

• Understanding the specifics of media, digital or creative industries

• Skills work with recruiting analytics
