Agropartner is a leading importer of mineral fertilizers since 2001, which steadily provides Ukrainian farmers with quality products and professional service. We are actively expanding, which is why we are looking for a recruiter who will help us strengthen the team and find the best specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Actively search for candidates through various channels: job portals, social networks, professional communities, recommendations.

• CV screening and telephone/online initial interviews.

• Organization and coordination of interviews with department heads.

• Evaluate candidates' competencies and their compliance with job requirements.

• Maintaining an up-to-date database of candidates.

• Form analytical reporting on the progress of closing vacancies and the effectiveness of search sources

• Ensure quality communication at all stages: informing, feedback, support.

• Participation in the company's HR initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter or sourcer will be an advantage.

• Ability to manage several vacancies at the same time and meet deadlines.

• Developed communication skills and the ability to build trusting interaction.

• Proactivity, responsibility, readiness for a fast pace of work.
