Recruiter in Seredenko V., FOP

Our company is looking for a responsible and energetic personnel manager, recruiter (single) to join its team. We are a supplier of food products and have many years of experience in the field of retail trade.

Main responsibilities:

• Attracting and selecting personnel for various divisions of the company.
• Conducting effective interviews with candidates, assessing their skills and experience.
• Development and implementation of the company's personnel policy, including processes for hiring, retention and development of employees.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and working conditions

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position for 1 year.
• Higher education, preferred specialization in the field of HR or psychology. Ability to effectively conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
• High communication skills and skills in working with employees.
• Ability to work under conditions of a high pace of work.

We offer:

• Office address: Kyiv, Georgiya Avenue Narbuta, 1
• Working schedule Mon - Fri from 09:00 to 17:00
• Salary is paid twice a month on the 5th and 20th.
