Main tasks:

• Complete recruiting cycle from communication with hiring manager to the candidate's offer
• Development and implementation of a strategysearch for candidates for various positions (from specialists to top management)
• Conducting interviews and evaluation of potential candidates
• Coordination of interaction with candidates and company departments
• Support and improvement of the recruiting and candidate selection system
• Maintenance of CRM, daily reports and speeches at daily meetings

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in recruiting or completed specialized courses (we consider candidates without experience but with a great desire to learn)
• High level communication skills
• The ability to work under stress and the ability to make decisions in limited time
• Experience in searching for candidates for top positions will be a big plus
