• Has basic experience in recruiting from 1-2 years;
• Understands the basics of recruiting and is familiar with modern search tools;
• Able to conduct initial interviews and assess the suitability of candidates to the job requirements;
• Interested in development in the field of HR and ready to learn new things
• Communicable, open to interaction with a team, responsible and organized.

Your future tasks:

• Participation in the full recruitment cycle;
• Search for candidates through various channels and active sourcing;
• Communication with candidates at all stages of feedback;
• Managing the candidate funnel and updating data in internal systems;
• Participation in the formation of the personnel reserve;
• Timely closing of vacancies within the limits of your level of responsibility;
