What you will do:
- organize and coordinate an effective recruitment process;
- conduct telephone interviews, individual and group interviews, engage in mass recruiting employees for new stores;
- accompany store managers and provide comprehensive advice on working with staff;
- maintain communication with candidates at all stages of selection and adaptation;
- create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and staff;
- contribute to the improvement of personnel management processes, including analysis of employee productivity, engagement, development and retention of employees;
- be the first point of contact for solving non-standard situations with employees;
- develop and implement a strategy to improve recruitment processes and methods, work with various sources of candidate search.
