Recruiter in MOODRO

Hello! We are Moodro, a team building autonomous intelligent counter drones. Our work is technologies that really save lives and give the Ukrainian military an advantage.

Brief about us:

• 100+ combat brigades use our systems every day
• over 1,000 EW and REP stations have already been transferred to the front
• we have official NATO codification and the recognition of the Main Directorate of EW of Ukraine
• the team includes veterans and engineers who regularly test solutions on training grounds

We are looking for a Recruiter who will help Moodro grow in two markets - Ukrainian and American. You are right for us if you want to work with strong specialists, appreciate quality recruiting and speak English at B2 level or higher.

• You have English not lower than B2 - to communicate with candidates from the US and the global market.

• You know how to ask the right questions to managers and work with them as a partner.

• You can work at a high pace and manage several positions at the same time.
• It is important for you that your work has meaning and brings benefits.

Would be a plus, but not required:

• Experience in a miltech / high-tech environment
• Experience in international markets (US, EU, etc.)

What you will do

• You will help to form the Moodro team - to select not just specialists, but people who are close in terms of values and thinking.
• You will conduct the full recruiting cycle: from matching the profile to the offer.
• You will work closely with the managers, helping them more precisely shape needs and build strong teams.
• You will search for candidates in different channels - standard and non-standard.
• You will create honest, clear and attractive job descriptions.
• You will maintain order in the ATS and transparency of all stages of the funnel.
• You will monitor the market and share insights with the team.
• You will be the voice of Moodro in communication with candidates - the first impression of our culture, i.eand values.
• You will provide clear analytics to the team and help improve processes.
