Hello!  We are Halo Lab, a digital agency with one of the strongest digital design teams in Ukraine (Dribbble Top-1, 35+ designers) and powerful technical teams. We are actively growing and at the moment we are looking for a recruiter who loves his job and really enjoys closing vacancies. style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 700">YOUR MAIN MISSION: to find top people in design-department, digital-marketing department and management, and eventually to close roles in developers.

What we want to see in you:

Experience in recruiting (preferably in IT or digital);
• Understanding the specifics of roles in design, digital-marketing and management;
• Ability to search for candidates not only through job sites, but also using other resources and tools;
• Responsibility, structure and maximum organization;
• Google Sheets, Notion, Meet, Forms are your basic work tools.

Will be a plus:

• Professional courses or certificates;
• English at Intermediate+ level.

What will you do:

• Close the full recruiting cycle: from screening to onboarding of new ones;
• Maintain the candidate database, form the database freelancers;
• Maintain the HR brand and culture of Halo Lab;
• Periodically connect to HR tasks when the recruiting load decreases;
• Work with internal documentation and reporting.
