Company Expertum is an Odesa business consulting and recruitment agency. We are expanding the team and are looking for a recruitment manager who will help us professionally close client vacancies and maintain a high standard of service.

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of candidates through various channels;
• Conducting initial phone calls interviews;
• Organization of interviews between candidates and employers;
• Maintenance of the candidate database;
• Communication with clients regarding the status of vacancies;
• Participation in the formation of recommendations regarding HR processes.

Requirements:

• Desire to work in the field of recruiting (experience will be an advantage, but not mandatory, we teach);
• Competent Ukrainian and clear communication;
• Organized, responsible, attentive to details;
• Ability to work with a large flow of information;
• Basic skills of working with a PC and online tools.

Working conditions:

• Office in Odessa (city center);
• Schedule 5/2, from 10:00 to 18:00;
• Official registration;
