Recruiter in AS-Step

We, the production and trading company AC-Step, 350+ staff in the state, have the main divisions: production, trading house, model house, warehouses, back office and others.

We are looking for a recruiter with successful experience in the area of recruitment and adaptation of personnel of different levels.

What you need to take to work:

• search, selection and adaptation of personnel;

• onboarding / offboarding;

• detecting the level of staff satisfaction;

• participation in the implementation of motivational systems to attract and retain staff;

• labor market monitoring;

• development of regulatory documents;

• participation in job fairs;

• participation in employer brand development projects

• similar work experience of 2 years or more - mandatory;

• ability to "sell" a vacancy;

• ability to write interesting texts selling vacancies

• search for new resources for recruiting;
