Main duties
- Collection of information on open vacancies and formation profiles:
— clarifying the requirements and profile of the candidate;
— compiling a correct and attractive job description. - Labor market analysis for each open position:
— monitoring the level of competition, salary forks, availability of specialists;
— determining the optimal channels for attracting candidates. - Development and implementation of recruitment strategy:
— selection of recruitment channels;
— formation of search tactics depending on the complexity and specificity of the vacancy;
— publication of vacancies on job platforms, Telegram channels, social networks and other resources to attract active candidates;
— cold search for candidates through various sources (LinkedIn, professional forums, professional communities, etc.);
— closing vacancies on time, compliance with hiring KPIs. - The full cycle of recruiting before the candidate leaves for work:
— initial call/screening and evaluation of resumes;
— support at the stages of technical and final interviews;
— provision of a test task and control of deadlines;
— preparation and sending of an offer, collection and verification of documents;
— transfer of the candidate to the onboarding stage. - Administration of the candidate database in CRM/ATS:
— correct maintenance of candidate profiles;
— daily update of statuses and recording of key actions. - Selection of specialists in different departments of the company:
— marketing/advertising, IT, sales, support, HR and other areas. - Analytics of recruiting processes:
— identifying bottlenecks in hiring;
— offering solutions and optimizations to increase the speed and quality of closing positions;
— reporting on work results (format and frequency may change).
Requirements
- Experience as a full-cycle recruiter from 1 year.
- Practical experience of closing vacancies in the advertising / marketing department, understanding the specifics of these roles and requirements (Media Buyers, SEO, SMM, Linkbuilder, Affiliate Manager, Farmer, PPC, Content Manager, Influencer Marketing Manager, Email Marketing Specialist or any other roles in the advertising department).
- Skill in creating a selling and compelling pitch to attract and motivateof candidates to the communication/interview stage.
- Ability to develop a search strategy according to the requirements of the vacancy and flexibly adjust it based on the results of the funnel.
- Experience with various channels of search and attraction of candidates (job sites, social networks, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience of managing candidates through CRM/ATS systems or other administration tools and accounting.
- Competent written and oral communication, the ability to convey information in a structured manner.
- Skills in negotiating and working with objections, results-oriented.
- Ability to work in multitasking conditions and adhere to deadlines for closing positions.
- Willingness to develop, look for new tools and approaches, participate in the improvement of recruiting processes.
