Responsibilities:

- Search and selection of candidates for our clients' vacancies
- Conducting interviews with potential candidates
- Maintaining a candidate database
- Participation in recruiting events and events
- Ensuring quality customer service

Requirements:

- College degree in Psychology, HR or related field (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of responsibility and organization
