Initiate the search for candidates through classic and alternative sources.Formulate and post attractive descriptions vacancies, adapted to the specifics of roles and the placement channel.Build partnerships with department heads, understand business needs and offer optimal HR solutions.Analyze the labor market in your region: competitive offers, salary trends, new search channels.Work with an automated candidate management system (ATS) - enter information, track statuses, keep the database up-to-date.Prepare reports upon request or as part of regular analytics on recruiting activities (closing dynamics, candidate sources, channel effectiveness).You are suitable if you:
- have expertise in direct search for candidates (social/professional networks, direct search by phone, recommendations, personal networking, other channels);
- complete higher education (master's, specialist);
- work experience in the profession — at least 1 year.
