We are constantly developing and expanding the team, so we are looking for an experienced recruiter to help us find the best specialists and maintain a professional level of recruitment.

YOU ARE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF:

• have successful experience as a recruiter for at least 2 years (preferably in a commercial company);
• have Word, Excel, 1C, Bitrix24 programs;
• can independently set priorities and organize your working day;
• show initiative and quickly respond to tasks;
• know modern personnel search methods and have the desire to develop in the HR direction;
• communicative, decent, result-oriented;
• have a higher education.

YOU WILL DO:

• process applications for recruiting employees;
• write job vacancies;
• post vacancies on various job sites and look for new channels to attract candidates;
• conduct initial interviews with candidates and assess their suitability;
• organize meetings of candidates with management;
• maintain communication with candidates at all stages;
• control the process of adaptation of new employees;
• keep records and reports in the CRM system.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN IN OUR COMPANY:

• first 2 months (trial period) — 25,000 UAH;
• after the trial period — 35,000 UAH (25,000 rate + CRI).
