Requirements:

• work experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• basic knowledge of personnel accounting and labor legislation;
• communication and the ability to find an approach to different people;
• desire to learn and develop.

Responsibilities:

• timely and high-quality recruitment of pharmacy units;
• analysis of search sources and determination of their effectiveness in the regions;
• information support on personnel issues employees;
• providing recruitment in difficult and remote regions, including travel on business trips.
