- has experience in recruiting (2+ years),
- understands how to find and attract IT talents, highly qualified specialists of cyber security,
- will help build a strong team in the field of Cybersecurity.
Key responsibilities:
- Full cycle of recruitment (from application to offer) for roles in cyber security.
- Active sourcing via LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, Boolean search.
- Formation of personnel reserve and work with freelancers/outsourced contractors.
- Candidate support at all stages - until starting work.
- Participation in onboarding, adaptation and internal HR-initiatives.
- Monitoring of team involvement, participation in building corporate culture.
- Consulting of managers regarding the labor market, salary expectations, and engagement strategies.
What we expect:
Hard skills:
- 2+ years of experience in IT/technical recruiting.
- Knowledge of tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, Telegram channels, Boolean Search.
- Experience in conducting competency and structured interview.
- Understanding of KZpP, FOP, mobilization nuances.
- HR analytics skills: funnel, metrics, reporting.
- Working with Google Sheets / Excel, ATS or HR CRM.
Soft skills:
- Empathy, the ability to build trust.
- Responsibility, structure, attention to details.
- Critical thinking, business orientation.
- Flexibility, stress resistance and proactivity.
