Main duties:

• Publication of vacancies on all effective channels (job sites, social networks, offline). Active search and direct involvement of candidates

• Prompt processing of incoming resumes and reviews, reception and processing of calls from potential candidates. Conducting a telephone screening (pre-interview) to assess compliance with the minimum requirements

• Providing candidates with full information about the vacancy, working conditions and the company. Organization and appointment of interviews with heads of departments

• Maintenance of candidate database. Providing timely feedback to candidates after the interview.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education, experience from 1 year in a similar position in FMCG or in a manufacturing enterprise (experience in mass recruitment will be an advantage)
• Experience working with the main job sites, social networks and CRM-systems/ATS (will be an advantage)
• Excellent telephone communication skills, ability to convince and interest, high stress resistance when working with a large flow of information and people
• Ability to work in multitasking mode, prioritize tasks and independently plan your working day.
