From the candidate we expect:

• Experience in the field of recruiting/HR from 1 year;
• Knowledge of modern methods of search and recruitment, ability to select effective communication channels;
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new things;
• Communication, punctuality, responsibility, orientation for the result;
• Knowledge of Bitrix24, CleverStaff will be an advantage;

Main duties:

• Creation and posting of job advertisements;
• interview and selection of the most relevant candidates;
• Maintenance of the candidate database and formation of the personnel reserve;
• Analysis of the labor market and preparation of recommendations;
• Administration of HR processes and control of personnel documentation;
• The possibility of involvement in HR projects and internal processes of the company.
