Recruiter

Main responsibilities:

• Search for candidates: work with job sites, social networks, educational institutions, job fairs
• Organization of recruitment and selection of specialists
• Conducting telephone interviews, initial interviews, organization of interviews with job applicants
• Evaluation of candidates
• Maintenance of the database candidates

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year is desirable
• Ability to work with diverse vacancies at the same time
• High communication skills
• Persistence, desire to develop
