We expect that you:

  • Have a higher education (preferably in the field of personnel management, psychology, management).
  • You possess personnel selection techniques of various levels of complexity (IT, Non-IT).

  • Maintaining an internal database of candidates and forming recruiting analytics (maintenance of ATS, weekly reports, participation in daily meetings).
  • Tracking the latest trends in recruiting, finding solutions to improve the selection process.
  • Participation in hiring events to attract candidates and employer branding events.
