- 1+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter is important to us closing positions of various levels and areas;
- Knowledge of basic search tools, modern recruiting methods and candidate evaluation.
- Ability to work with vacancies of various complexity - from labor occupations to highly qualified specialists.
- Understanding technical specialist profiles, labor market trends.
- Skills for working with MS Office, ATS, CRM.
- Proficiency in English at the B1+ level.
We expect that you:
- Have a higher education (preferably in the field of personnel management, psychology, management).
- You possess personnel selection techniques of various levels of complexity (IT, Non-IT).
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills, able to work independently and in a team.
- Result-oriented, proactive and attentive to the details.
It will be a plus:
- Experience in closing hardware and miltech vacancies, attracting passive candidates.
Areas of responsibility:
- Ensuring full cycle recruiting of various levels (mainly technical, production, engineering specialists).
- Effective communication with hiring managers throughout process.
- Conducting interviews and using modern techniques for evaluating candidates’ competencies.
- Providing feedback to candidates at all stages of interaction.
- Using various sources (job sites, social networks, networking), direct search tools.
- Maintaining an internal database of candidates and forming recruiting analytics (maintenance of ATS, weekly reports, participation in daily meetings).
- Tracking the latest trends in recruiting, finding solutions to improve the selection process.
- Participation in hiring events to attract candidates and employer branding events.
