Recruiter in Hirebirds

We are Hirebirds, a recruiting agency that helps product companies find the best IT and technology professionals. We are currently looking for a Recruiter who wants to grow in the product B2B direction and work with top companies on the market.

 Your tasks:

• Full cycle of recruiting (IT & business specialists: from middle to C-level).
• Working with product IT companies in the B2B direction (SaaS, fintech, IGaming).
• Cooperation with Hiring Managers and client teams: understanding needs, forming a candidate profile.
• Using modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean, AI-tools).
• Communicating with candidates at all stages.
• Working with our internal ATS/CRM.
• Participation in building the client employer brand through HR-marketing (cases, recommendations).

 We expect:

• Experience in recruiting from 1.5+ years (preferably in IT).
• Understanding the specifics of B2B products (SaaS, enterprise solutions, platforms).
• Confident command of search and evaluation tools candidates.
• English — Upper-Intermediate+ (for communication with clients and candidates).
• Systematic, analytical and willingness to take responsibility.
