Our candidate:

• Has experience in the field recruitment from 1 year. Experience in hiring employees for production will be an advantage;
• Knows how to work with the main job sites, social networks, chats;
• Uses CRM systems, Excel;
• Knows how to effectively communicate with candidates: conduct a telephone interview, assess the candidate's skills, according to the application
• Personal qualities:
• Able to multitask;
• Has a high level of empathy;
• Energetic (na), fast (ka).

Main duties:

• Active search and direct involvement of candidates;

• Operative processing of incoming resumes and reviews, receiving and processing calls from potential candidates;

• Conducting telephone screening (pre-interview) to assess compliance with requirements;

• Providing candidates with full information about the vacancy, working conditions and company;

• Organizing and scheduling interviews with department heads;

• Providing timely feedback to candidates after the interview;

• Maintenance of the candidate database in the CRM system;

  
  

• Supporting the candidate at all stages: search, selection, conducting interviews, checking documents, training candidates, recording in the HR department for processing, onboarding.

We offer:

• Salary: 35,000-45,000 UAH;
• Official employment, holidays (24 days) sick pay;
• Working schedule: 09.00-18.00, Mon-Fri, work only in the office;
