Our team is growing rapidly, so we are looking for an HR specialist who combines recruiting skills and an understanding of HR processes.

Who we are looking for

An active, responsible specialist who:

• has experience in recruiting from 1 year (middle level, line staff, tops - will a plus);

• has modern search methods, knows how to “pull out” a cool candidate;

• understands basic HR processes: adaptation, inventory management, surveys, turnover analytics;

• can keep focus, choose priorities and act quickly, but in a structured manner.

What will be required to do:

Recruiting (60%):

• Full cycle of selection: from briefing to the exit of the candidate;

• Publication of vacancies, active search, communication with managers;

• Maintenance of the funnel, reporting by stages, preparation of short resumes;

• Permanent work with retail (sellers), office, production, department heads.

HR functions (40%):

• Participation in the adaptation of newcomers: control of the first weeks, feedback collection;

• Participation in monthly HR reporting (turnover, recruiting efficiency, etc.);

• Support of internal initiatives;

• Possibility of development towards HR projects: motivation, employer brand, corporate culture.
