• Experience in recruitment personnel from 2 years (experience in the B2B field will be an advantage)
• Knowledge of modern recruiting methods and tools and their mastery
• Ability to conduct effective interviews and evaluate candidates
• Knowledge of the labor market and trends in the field of recruitment

• Orientation on the result, responsibility and organization

Area of responsibility:

• Full cycle of recruitment work (description and publication of vacancies, analysis of resumes, selection of candidates, preparation and conducting interviews)
• Developing a candidate search strategy
• Working with various channels of personnel search
• Direct/indirect search for candidates
• Collection and verification of references
• Maintenance of the candidate funnel and formation of the personnel reserve
• Processing and analysis of incoming feedback
• Timely closing of vacancies
• Maintenance reporting
