Main tasks:

• full cycle of personnel selection — from application to offer (office, engineering and technical specialists, production, including mass recruiting);
• active search for candidates on various platforms (sites, social networks, messengers, etc.);
• conducting selection interviews, organizing meetings with managers;
• testing and implementing new candidate search channels;
• vacancy analysis, preparation of reports.

  What we want to see in you:

• you have experience in the full cycle of recruiting — from search to of the final offer;
• you know how to work not only with reviews, but also to search for candidates: you know where to look, how to attract interest and what tools to use;
• you understand hiring funnels and recruiting analytics, you can track effectiveness;
• you have structured interview skills and understand how to evaluate candidate competencies;
• you can present the company brand to candidates and at the same time competently present candidates to managers.
