"Food Factory" is a production and trading company that has grown from a sausage factory to a large modern food plant with European equipment and an effective quality management system.

Producing a wide range of food products at its own facilities: fresh meat, sausages and delicacies, semi-finished products and confectionery products, we always remain committed to the principles of impeccable quality.

Responsibilities:

• search, selection and recruitment of personnel for the company's production units (from application to offer);
• organization and conducting of interviews;
• interaction with unit managers in hiring matters specialists;
• organization and assistance in the adaptation of new employees;
• monitoring of the climate in the team, participation in the organization of corporate events and events;
• participation in the company's HR projects.

Requirements:

• higher education;
• experience in personnel selection from the 1st year— desirable;
• great desire to develop in the field of recruitment;
• willingness to work and put in effort to achieve results;
• proactivity, initiative, flexibility, organization and communication;
• confident PC user.

Working conditions:

• work schedule from 09:00 to 18:00 (08:00—17:00), 5/2. (hybrid schedule, after passing the trial period)
• location: Kyiv, 137 Horlivska St.
• Friendly team and comfortable working conditions.
