Recruiter in Agrosem

We are actively growing and looking for a Recruiter who will help find the best specialists for the Agrosem team. This role will suit someone who likes dynamics, communication, knows how to quickly switch between tasks and enjoys quality selection of candidates.

It is important for this position:

• 2 years of practical experience in searching and recruiting personnel;

• Owning modern candidate search tools;

• Owning different methods of interviewing and evaluating candidates;

• Ability to effectively interact with candidates and managers areas;

• Ability to determine key requirements, form a portrait of the candidate and work with several vacancies at the same time;

• Multitasking and high switchability;

• Attention to details, responsibility and flexibility;

• Experience in recruiting personnel in agribusiness, production, logistics or will be a plus administrative/service roles

What will be included in the main duties:

Management of the full recruitment cycle:

• interaction with hiring managers of the company

• placement of vacancies in candidate search channels

• active search and selection of resumes

• introduction CV and information about candidates to the internal system

• conducting interviews from the first contact to the offer

Cooperation with the HR department regarding registration and adaptation of new employees

Improving hiring processes, optimizing tools and methods of personnel selection
