Preparation and placement of vacancies on social networks professional communities.
Search for candidates through various sources (LinkedIn, recommendations, candidate databases, networking).
Conducting initial interviews and coordinating the next stages of selection, writing a summary after the interview.
Communication with candidates at all stages — from the first contact to the acceptance of the Job Offer.
Participation in the implementation and automation of HR processes (working with CRM/ATS, creating templates, analytics, optimization of stages recruiting).
Maintenance of the candidate database and reporting on the selection process.
Labor market monitoring.
What we expect from you:
