 Main duties:

• Full cycle of recruitment for a pharmacy chain: from identifying the need to candidate for work;
• Active search and attraction of specialists (pharmacists, pharmacists, pharmacy managers, online order pickers);
• Work with internal customers — regional director, pharmacy supervisors, pharmacy managers;
• Preparation and posting of job announcements on job resources, in social networks, professional groups, in pharmacies, as well as organization of posting advertisements in nearby areas to attract candidates.
• Conducting initial telephone and face-to-face interviews, determining the level of professional training and candidates' compliance with the position requirements.
• Processing the existing database of candidates, including students of pharmaceutical educational institutions, in order to attract them to open positions.
• Entering information about candidates into the automated system in order to maintain an up-to-date database and form a personnel reserve.
• Coordinating the process employment: agreement of conditions, collection of documents, registration in a corporate training class.
• Analysis of the labor market
• Reporting on the work performed.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the pharmaceutical, retail or FMCG field;
• Understanding the specifics of the pharmacy business and requirements for pharmaceutical personnel;
• Owning modern tools for searching and evaluating candidates, direct search skills;
• Confident use of PC, office programs, CRM or ATS-systems.

Personal qualities:

• High level of responsibility, communication and tact;
• Ability to work at a fast pace and with large volumes of information;
• Result orientation, systematicity, independence in work;
• Positive thinking, teamwork, professional ethics.
