Recruiter in TECHIIA Holding

We, a group of companies that are part of the structure of the international technology holding TECHIIA, are looking for a recruiter to join the team, who has intuition in talent evaluation and knows how to find ideal candidates for various roles.

Candidate requirements

• Experience as a recruiter from 6 months, preferably in production or technical
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic methods of search and recruitment.
• Ability to work with a large amount of information.
• High level of responsibility and organization. including production, technical and administrative positions.
• Conducting interviews.
• Coordinating the recruitment process from initial contact to employee onboarding. 
• Collaboration with department heads to determine their staffing needs.
