Responsibilities:

• Attract and select candidates for various vacancies, in accordance with company requirements

• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates

• Create a positive experience for candidates at all stages of interaction

• Collaborate with heads of departments to determine personnel needs

• Maintain the candidate database and monitor recruiting processes

• Support and actively improve strategies for finding and attracting talented people

We expect from you:

• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of recruiting

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people

• The ability to make quick decisions and organize your time

• Experience in HR or recruiting would be an advantage, but not necessary

• Basic PC and candidate management systems (ATS) skills
