Main duties:
Analysis of the company’s personnel needs and creation of detailed job profiles.
Formation and implementation of an effective candidate search strategy.
Active search for talent through various sources, including alternative channels.
Conducting initial telephone and online interviews.
Interacting with department heads to discuss candidate requirements and feedback.
Controlling and managing the recruitment funnel.
Participating in the onboarding process of new employees.
Our expectations from the candidate:
2 years of work experience as a recruiter. An advantage - with experience in the field of construction and development.
Successful experience in closing vacancies at various levels.
Excellent skills in working with various search sources, including alternative ones.
Ability to effectively conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
Understanding recruitment indicators and the ability to use them analyze.
Higher education.
Personal qualities: proactivity, result-oriented, communicative, empathetic.
