Your responsibilities:

• Full recruitment cycle: from job analysis to candidate selection for work;
• posting vacancies on job resources and in social networks;
• conducting phone and video interviews;
• organization of staff adaptation and training;
• interaction with all departments of the company, communication with heads of structural units;
• maintenance of HR reporting and an up-to-date database candidates;
• monitoring of the salary market in the city and regions;
• participation in HR projects of the company.

We expect from you:

• work experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• theoretical knowledge and practical skills of all standard HR processes and HR metrics;
• understanding of the basics of recruiting, search tools and candidate evaluation;
• high communication skills and the ability to find an approach to people;
• high level of time management and self-organization;
• literate Ukrainian language;
