• You are able to determine the requirements for the position, create an image of the right candidate and write an interesting job description.
• You believe in the result and don't stop there :)

Your responsibilities:

• Actively search for and select specialists for the production direction (engineers, assemblers, operators, technicians, etc.).
• Work with a referral program - attract recommendations and maintain an internal network.
• Maintain a candidate base, form a reserve and work with already existing contacts.
• Focus on speed, quality and results in the selection.
